Hi Everyone! It has been awhile since my last post, I have been busy adjusting to my new life with 3 kids and boy has it been crazy! But we're all hanging in there and having fun! This morning I decided, with the weather being so cold, it is a Crock pot cooking kind of day. Plus, with running around with three crazy boys all day, I needed to do something easy for dinner. My favorite meal to make in the crock pot is BBQ pork chops. It is so tender, yummy, and easy to prepare!
Here is what you need: 1 package of pork chops (you can even use ribs too! So tasty!) 1 cup of baby carrots 1 yellow onion (cut into large chunks) 2 cloves of garlic (minced) 1 can of beer (I use Miller Light or whatever is in my Hubby's fridge ha!) 1/2 cup of Applesauce Pepper to taste BBQ Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
**Add all ingredients except BBQ sauce (you will add that at the last hour) into the crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Pork will turn out so juicy and tender, this will quickly become your favorite meal! I LOVE MY CROCK POT!
